INGREDIENTS:
8 (per portion) frozen prawn dumplings
¼ cup rice wine vinegar
5 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp Banhoek Chilli Oil
¼ cup honey
1 garlic cloves, freshly grated
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
150g mushrooms, finely diced
200g broccoli, finely chopped
4 spring onions, finely chopped
METHOD:
Heat 1 tablespoon of Banhoek Chilli Oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and broccoli, then sauté until softened. Set the mixture aside.
In a small bowl, mix together rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, honey, Banhoek Chilli Oil, grated garlic, black pepper, and 1 tablespoon of water. Stir well and set the sauce aside.
Prepare the dumplings according to the package instructions.
Once the dumplings are cooked, place them into serving bowls. Drizzle generously with the prepared sauce, then top with the sautéed mushroom and broccoli mixture.
Finish the dish with a sprinkle of fresh spring onions. Serve immediately and enjoy your quick and delicious 30-minute midweek dinner!
