TERMS & CONDITIONS: FOR UNITED KINGDOM

Promoter: Banhoek Chilli Oil, [CROWS FARM, BELCHAMP WALTER,SUDBURY, ESSEX,UNITED KINGDOM, CO10 7AP].

1. Eligibility: 

Open to legal residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

2. How to Enter: 

To enter, purchase any bottle of Banhoek Chilli Oil from a participating UK stores between 26 May 2025, and enter your personal details at www.banhoekchillioil.com by 23:59 by 30 June 2025. WINNER WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THEIR BANHOEK CHILLI OIL RECIEPT TO VALIDATE ENTRY. 

3. No Additional Cost to Enter: 

Only a qualifying product purchase is required. No entry fee or additional payment is necessary. Internet access is required to enter.

4. Promotion Period: 

Valid receipts must be dated up to 30 June 2025. All entries must be submitted by 23:59 on 30 June 2025.

5. Entry Limit: 

One entry per receipt. Multiple entries are permitted with separate valid receipts. Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

6. Prizes:

One Gozney Tread Portable Pizza Oven valued at £499 and a year’s supply of Banhoek Chilli Oil valued at £114. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

7. Winner Selection & Notification: 

A Winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries by 30 June 2025 and notified by email within 7 days. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of contact, a reserve winner may be selected.

8. Verification: 

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and receipts and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits false information.

9. Data Protection:

Personal data submitted during the entry process will only be used for the administration of this promotion and in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. Entrants may opt in to receive marketing communications.

10. General:

•    The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
•    The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
