Tender chicken and crispy halloumi skewers brought to life with Banhoek Garlic Chilli Oil, zesty lemon and fragrant oregano. A delicious contrast of heat, saltiness and freshness, made even better with a dollop of tzatziki.

INGREDIENTS:
4 skinless & boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized cubes
250g halloumi block, cut into bite-sized cubes
2 tsp (10ml) dried oregano
1/2 tsp (2.5ml) Malden salt
1/2 tsp (2.5ml) freshly ground black pepper
Juice of 1 lemon
1 Tbsp (15ml) Banhoek Chilli Oil Garlic
Tzatziki, to serve
Salad, to serve
Fresh dill, to serve
METHOD:
1. Using small or medium wooden skewers, thread a block of halloumi, followed by a cube of chicken, repeat and place on a baking tray.
2. Scatter over the oregano, salt and pepper, lemon juice and Banhoek Chilli Oil.
3. Place into a preheated 200•C air-fryer or oven for 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the halloumi golden and crispy *turning halfway through cooking*.
4. Serve with tzatziki, salad, another drizzle of Banhoek Chilli Oil and some fresh dill.
